Vital Signs Monitoring
  • Measuring and Recording: Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.

Environmental Care
  • Maintaining a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensuring the patient’s surroundings are safe and hygienic.

Observation and Reporting
  • Recognizing Changes: Identifying and reporting abnormal changes in body function, such as shortness of breath or fever, to a supervisor.
